It has been proved that there is nothing wrong with a power nap.Two hours is a bit long though. Right now you are going through the usual college stress. Make sure you are eating healthy and that you are getting enough sleep at night. You cannot stay up till the late hours and study so try getting it done earlier.

Sleep well at night. You feel de-energized only because you haven't rested adequately during the night. You can also try and indulge in some physical activities at your appointed after class hour, like visiting Yahoo Answers (keeps you in split and the sleep just vanishes away) or some games, visiting friends etc.
Make sure you rest well otherwise.

Maybe u could try some yoga relaxation exercises, which involves some asanas and mudras to make u relax completely and reffresh u, so u take less nap time.
