I have found that when you are introducing new cats you musts let them sniff each other to be aquinted, but what do I do the first cat I had is scared to come out from under the bed and the other is very mellow I have no idea what to do and I don't want to upset the new cat because she is pregnant and they are both girls!! HELP!

Just leave them be. They will adjust in time.

When I got my newest cat, I put her in the bathroom and shut the door and then brought the other cat to the door and let them sniff each other through the door. After that I just let them run free while supervising them, and was sure to put the new kitten away at night when I couldn't watch them together, to make sure neither of them got hurt. Eventually they will learn to live with each other, hopefully they'll even be friends. It took about two months total for my cats to completely stop fighting in a way that I thought was too aggressive and not just friendly. It really just takes patience and supervision.

Just leave them alone, eventually they will wander out and meet, if you push them togther, you will only frighten them and make it worse for all involved. Also, never hurts to buy the old kitty a new toy so it doesn't feel left out and also gives it something to distract from the other kitty coming aboard.
