Yogurt. They have good bacteria that will aid digestion and breaking up of foods in your intestines which will help prevent flatulence. It also comes in pill form, I believe they're called probiotics. Just stop in at a health food store and they can give you more information.
So basically the gas is caused by not enough enzymes in your digestive track to break down the foods enough.
Also, you can cut a few fruits and veggies out for instant relief and add them in again a bit slower. But the good bacteria from yogurt is your best bet.
Good luck to you. Happy digestion!

Eating vegetables is healthy and the fiber does a lot of good for the colon. Everybody seems to be worried about flatulence but a doc. once told me that upto forty farts a day is normal. Better out than in - thats what Shrek said!

some rituals are achieved in step with reason based & some at the instant are not. This belongs to 2d classification. My very own opinion - following this actual ritual is of no experience - the two we could continuously be in basic terms veg r thoroughly non-veg.

Beano and Gas-X (available at any drugstore)should be a staple in your ingredient listings. Many veggies are known gas producers and should always be taken with one of the above products. In the meantime, might I suggest standing down wind from your friends?

vegetables will increase your gas levels. they are very good for you but cause this.
try to eat more plain foods, starches, such as bread to combat this. any spicy foods, cheese, and coffee are also foods to avoid or cut back on.
another thing to monitor is the speed with which you eat. if you eat fast, you will swallow air, which will come out as gas. Try to slow down and make an effort not to swallow alot of air.

Why do you say suffer? theres nothing funnier than an inappropriatly timed very loud fart, only a few weeks ago i was listening to the most boring meeting drivel ever and got the urge, convinced it was only a little sneaky one i shuffled in my seat, leant to one side casually and wallop - it was one of those that can change the way you walk and give you ring-sting.

Carry on with the veg thing. Also try drinking peppermint tea, black of course, with sugar to taste. Works for me.

You may suffer with IBS which you can get tablets for. Some people that suffer with IBS suffer with more gas and feel bloated. I suffer with IBS AND I have peppermint tablets that im supposed to take an hour before i eat to help digestion. See your GP they may be able to help you with some medication or dietary advice.

Just carry on farting and be happy - certain vegetables do make wind - sprouts etc. But better to be healthy so keep eating those vegetables.
