Well, without knowing what size it's parents are, it is hard to guess.

first what are you doing with a 7 week old puppy when they are not allowed by law to leave there mom until they are 8 weeks. With out know something about the type of mother and father there is no way to tell. she will stop being a puppy at 2 years of age.

Take her to a vet. They can usually figure out the breeds in her.
A 7 week old pup is going to be one BIG dog if the theory holds true. GOOD LUCK!

their paw sizes might give you an idea.
my bf's sister's new puppy is probably about 20something lbs right now and 10-12 wks old? it's half lab half mastiff. so im expecting the puppy to be pretty huge.

Probably 60+ pounds. My Bernese Mountain Dog weighed 23lbs when I got him at 14 weeks, and he now weights almost 80lbs (he will be 2 years in July).

Its very hard to tell at this age...alsonot kowing what breed teh parents are...mayeb if you showed us a picture of teh puppy we could make a better guess as to what breed it could be mixed with...but really at 7 weeks its very hard to tell
