Gary K....maybe you should read and understand the question before you answer it....I am not talking of a car but a pop-up camper....I am sure title or registrarion is NOT required for them

yes. some officer in some state may pull you over but i would deffinatly check that your home state doesnt require tags or titles

I am afraid I do not know the answer to your question, but you can get the number for the TN DMV from this page (http://www.dmv.org/dmv-phone-numbers.php) and they should be able to tell you what you need to carry so that IF you get pulled over you can prove that you are following the laws of the state where you reside.

I doubt very much your state Does not require them.I have seen cars from that state with them. I'm sure you can travel to other states . There are trains plains and buses to do that. Or you could walk or ride a bike.
