She keeps throwing up foaming spit (she doesn't have rabies) but she also has bad stomach problems and she doesn't eat anything irregular. She is also one years old. What is this?

I have a mini pom myself, take that poor baby to the vet it could be something bad, they are very sensitive dogs.

my yorkies will spit up a little bit of yellow stuff once in a while when they have had people food. or to many treats. if it is not a countinues thing than not a big deal. if she gets it real bad for a short time you can use a little pepto. half a tsp. not more than 1 day or take her to vet

usually that's from eating grass... theyll chew on grass and make themselves throw up when somethings bothering their stomach. or they get something from the grass. she may have eaten something that's still in her tummy or intestines.
might take her to a vet if youve noticed 'bad stomach problems'. dont feed her table scraps...just dog food appropriate for her age. good luck.

Is she eating? Does she also vomit food? What do you mean by bad stomach problems? How long has she been vomiting this foam?

It could be a lot of things I would take her to the vet very soon before she dehydrates herself and then you will have a reallly sick doggie.
