when i try to extract the file cubase why does it say..?

That's another disk that you need to install cubase....that disk os the sound effects plugin that you need to do fade ins and other sound effects.....if you got cubase form some download you need to find that disk as well , if you bought it then you should have it,....and then if this was some install rip you downloaded and when you run the prigram and it says that then you need to reinstall the whole thing from a regular install..
