It said "hotdog 30 seconds", "pizza, 1 minute", popcorn 3 minutes, all those sound good, but when I set the dial to any of them, it will run but when I open the door theres nothing there, it's completely empty, nothing comes out. Do I have to refill it or something ? I checked the sides and theres no place for a refill can or packet or anything, and I tried calling customer service but they acted like they didnt understand. please help!

It means
if you want to cook hotdog it will take 30 seconds to cook .same in case of pizza 3 minutes to cook and 3 minutes to cook pop corns but you have to place them first before cook.You do not get them without puting them.This indicates cook times of these things only.Hope now you will understand.

no you gotta put the food in there for it to warm up, it's not a dispensing machine it's just a warming up machine, those 30 seconds buttons are just timers to warm up your hot dogs.
