i am 13 years old. i am about 5 foot 1. i am 7 stone(44kg)
is that normal/overweight/underweight slightly???because i am wondering if i am eating enough?

the link below takes you to the NHS direct BMI calculator. You area healthy weight for your height but only just - you wouldn't want to get any lighter or you would be putting your health at risk. Actually I have just read their advice and BMI readings do not apply for children. Talk to your parents or your GP if you are concerned.

According to your BMI (body mass index) you are a healthy weight for your age and height.Don't worry too much at your age as you still have a lot of growing and muscle development to do.If you eat a healthy and balanced diet,you'll have no worries!

I think dat you've to try to gain weight,just because your length must match with your weight in order to be fit or slim 'n' be satisfied.

I think your too young to worrk about things like this, but if you are concerned, ask one of your parents to take you to your doctor.

i think you are about normal, unless you are crazy obese or toothpick skinny i wouldn't worry about your weight at your age...
