If you were just say in a meeting and the guy sitting in front of you gets an erection and you can fully notice it..do you look away in disgrace or just keep looking..or what would you do?

Honestly....I've been in this situation a few times.
Only once did I look away....that was just scarey to see the 70 y/o dishwasher guy standing there with his hands on his hips and his pitched tent when I stood up from bending over.
All the other times....not only did I not look away...but I made eye contact (my evil lil way of letting them know I knew!)
Most of the men were pretty embarrassed, more so than I.
I think it's quite sweet actually. Just thankful that the female arousal is not so obvious!

I think I would have to do a double take to make sure I saw what I saw...then very quickly look away! I'd feel a bit embarassed if I kept looking!

I wouldn't sit there and stare at it. I would look away after all we are in a meeting.
