This girl and I have both admitted we liked each other at this point, the problem is she's not really ready to start a relantionship with me and i know she like's another guy and she can't really decide what to do. Should i just wait a little or..??

wait. go into this while she's confused, it won't last. let her know you're happy to wait for her and listen to her about everything that's going on in her life, her feelings etc. promise her you'll be there if she needs anything. you ought to come out on top

Just give her time to work out her feelings..if she still feels the same way in a while, go from there but neither of you should rush the other into a relationship until you are sure about how you feel.

If you really want her fight for her... show her that you are the guy for her... because if you back down and the other guy is making more of an effort she is going to see him as her potential boyfriend instead of you...
