It's held in with four screws.
You need to remove the two silver panels on the side of the centre console. To do this you need to undo the four big torx screws. If the panels will not drop down you need to release the whole centre console (two screws in the cup holders and two below the mirror adjuster switch) then remove two polystyrene supports from beneath the silver side panels. You can then get to the 4 radio screws and remove the unit..
don't even attempt this if you don't know what you are doing or you will damage the car and quite possibly yourself!

Easy, you can use the tool provided, but i take it u lost it or never had it. second option u can use a flat screwdriver while taking care not to damage the car or the unit self. if you damage the unit it wont be the end of the world as no-one use tape drives anymore. slide the screwdriver in on the side and lift the clips holding the head-unit while pulling slightly on the face. also remember the top and bottom brackets and don't be scared to use more then one screwdriver.
