I will think about it 24/7. I cannot even sleep some nights. And it just totally turns my life around until I just cold turkey stop and then it is very hard and i suffer withdrawel symptoms from it. ( refering to just about anybody who I take a slight interest in or who flirts with me and I take it way too far)

ODC is usually caused by a chemical imbalance. You may need some help from a professional.

There is a great book my therapist recommended by

It is really great and very helpful.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is the result of an imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain; it is easily treated with behavior modification AND medication. If you think you may have OCD, seek advice from a professional counselor. They will be able to determine if you, in fact, have OCD, and they will be able to prescribe the meds you may need to regain "normalcy" in your life.

I am a retired licensed psychiatric social worker. Any disorder that prevents a person from sleeping, eating, working needs diagnosed and treated. Please contact a mental health center and see a therapist, they may want to put you on anti-depressants. Do this. I did and I feel like a million bucks.

I've done the same, so haven't much insight, just some guesses: perhaps hope, perhaps enjoying the 'high', just interest in something new in your life even fleetingly.

Relax, bru. Let go and let yourself be yourself (i.e. with goals for you). Deep breathing, meditation. Remember you're better off without it. Its probably too expensive anyway.

Good luck.
