Below is a link that will take you to a database of different types of workouts. In the super site menus there are also menu items that show different exercise, what they do , and how to do them correctly, the key is to use the database to find a workout that fits your needs. Whether its bulking up, toning or strength training. I just filled in the top field " how many workouts per week" and i left the rest at doesnt matter and I went thru and found one that best fits me.(Beginner Level Routine #2)

It depends. I find I've learned a lot over the years by practice. Online is an okay source, but you should remember anyone can post a site about anything on the web.

Sport trainers, gym teachers, family doctors, going to the gym and asking workers, trainers, etc.
