Eat a balanced diet! Your protein intake (meats, eggs, etc) should be in line with your body weight. You need to eat vegetables (skip potatoes, peas and carrots for now), salad, healthy fats in the form of nuts, olive oil, a couple of ounces of cheese (2 tablespoons) and complex carbs like brown rice, whole grains etc.

Atkins isn't about eating a lot of fat or meat. It's mainly about cutting simple carbs like sugar, cookies, donuts, pasts, white bread, starchy foods, etc.

Try reading one of the Atkins books- most libraries have them- so you understand how to eat balanced meals. Good luck
