if you still have baby fat, the only things that will cure it are what you already mentioned you dont want to do and time.

one day youll wake up and notice its gone...

otherwise, its going to take a lot of self-discipline and effort to get rid of it...

Cardio and more cardio.Walking/running on the treadmill, walking,jogging, jumping jacks,and plenty of water.Try 2 workout 3x a week. NO POP or sugar drinks drink as much water as u can. Take multi-vitamins. Don't cut out carbs but cut back carbs. Try to stay away from frozen processed dinners, replace with fruits and vegetables.

The best way to loose that kind of weight is to do cardio.

breastfeed. everyone i know who lost their baby weight quickly breastfed and that's it.
