Green tea if that's all you have.

But I highly recommend a good breakfast of protein and fiber like 2 eggs, orange juice and some oatmeal with not a lot of sugar in it (don't buy the Quaker Oats stuff), just buy a big bag of rolled oats and pour hot water on it.

Eggs are a wonder food - lots of protein, lutein (eat the yolks, that's where the nutrients are).

Orange Juice for your vitamin C, and because it's good for you. Get the kind with not a lot of sugar in it, and/or no added sugar.

Oatmeal, is a low-releasing energy food, so it'll give you energy slowly throughout the day, instead of a white bagel and cream cheese which will immediately spiking your blood sugar and insulin levels, and give you a good high but drop down fast. It's also high in fiber and low in fat.

so like a 30 minute walk in the sun is a very good way to get energy. the sun gives you vitamin D which helps produce energy :) try not to go over 30 minutes becuase too much can have a negative effect. but as for foods - good breeakfast foods like cereals, eggs type stuff has lots of energy - hence eating it in the morning fruits veggies grains fruits veggies grains fruits veggies grains. if you keep eating those things (fruits veggies grains) you will get exactly what you need. you dont need much dairy or meat, so if you just stick to fruits veggies and grains, chances are you'll end up eating some dairy and meat anyways ;)

Coconuts, including coconut milk and coconut oil. The medium chain fatty acids in coconut, such as lauric acid and myristic acid, are readily metabolized by your mitochonria because the carnitine transport system is not involved.
