Fresh juice is great for you. If you have a juicer or blender, I'd advice anything w/apples, bananas, or berries. Throw that in w/some yogurt, and you've got a delicious smoothie that's extremely healthy and very low in calories that will fill you up quickly. Also, you can brew some green tea, and mix it with freshly juiced berries, which makes for a delicious drink, it's not as filling, but green tea is really good for you. Good luck!

I used to love Carnation Instant Breakfast Mix. Second to that, the best tasting canned shakes are the Adkins Advantage shakes. They are kind of pricey - - - $5.85 for a 4-pack at Wal-mart, but they do taste WAY better than Slim Fast or other diet shakes. I think they are high in protein too. I usually keep mine in the refrigerator, but stick it in the feezer for 15 or 20 minutes while I'm getting ready for work. It's great when it's really cold.
