Help pumice stones dont work, any other suggestions? I wont cut or shave it. they are really resistant to the foot files too.

Try using Schultz calluses remover. you paint it on leave for a time then soak you feet. The calluses then peel off. You may have to do each one a few times over a few days but it works.

Try soaking them in warm water and Epsom Salt and then using a pumice stone or foot file. Also there are a number of good "foot spa" type products that help you soften your feet. I especially like Bath & Body Works's stuff. Good luck!
