Almost any thing aerobic that gets your heart rate elevated for a long period of time. The longer you keep it elevated, the more stamina you build, but you don't want to go overboard. So things like swimming, jogging for long distances, and boxing are great workouts b/c not only do they elevate your heart rate for a while, but they also build your muscle tone! Good luck!

Any exercise done at a low intensity for a long period of time will help to build stamina.

If your looking for stamina between the sheets try kegel exercises. Squeeze your muscles (the same one's you would squeeze to stop peeing midstream) and hold it for 10 seconds then release slowly. Do this several times a day and you should get results.
