It won't happen AFTER the pullout but DURING the pullout so they can exploit it world wide as how they "kicked our asses " out of their country.
Posting dates for withdrawal are stupid and dangerous.

Unless they win the White House, it really does not matter what the democrats say. They have no power to announce anything one way or the other. Only the Commander-in-Chief does. Democrats don't know anything about running a war. Why do you think they are so desperate for the president to end this one before the election?
