From one cat lover to another. Not everyone loves or want cats. I am down to three and they rule. They have 4 locations in which to relieve themselves.
I think your idea would be great for me and would consider having one built into my next house.

Because it would hurt the resale value of the house. I like cats, but we don’t have one and never will, so why would we want a house with a cat bathroom? On the other hand, if you built a real bathroom in the place you would have built a cat bathroom, the resale value would go up. It just isn’t practical to do it, unless you plan to never sell the house.

They are. Just add a litter-box to any room of the house and the litter magically spreads into every freakin' nook and cranny in your home.
In no time, the whole house becomes a cat bathroom, complete with a convenient bath installed wherever the cat decides to sit and lick.

because the portable kind you get from the store do the job just as well... and they're portable! easier to clean up n stuff, ya know?

their are there called litter boxes they clean themselfs they dont need sinks or anything
