I have a court order for child support and he does not pay.Out of 170 payments he has made 35 payments.I want to violate him but he will not give me his physical address and we live 4 hours apart so I never see him. Also he always call me from a pre-paid cell phone(when I actually get a phone call.)

You can't My son is for years old and his bio father has never paid a dime. he goes to when he gets pulled over for something because of it but thats it. Friend of the court puts warrants out but they never do anything else. so basically you have to wait until he does something stupid and gets arrested. The state is no help at all. If you ever do find out where he's living at you can the local police and tell them where he is. but without an address its even harder.

If you live in the United States every state has a child support collection agency that provides FREE support to those in your situation. They will find him, find his job, find his assets and do the collecting for you. Usually this is a part of the criminal prosecutor's office but a couple of phone calls to the county should get you connected pretty easily. You are looking for the "child support enforcement agency" or the "department of child support services" or some similar name.

go to the court and force it on him the police will go by the little info you do have on him and go after him. sounds like he's a dick. sounds like my brother actually. sad, I hate people like that.

but the sad thing about going into your collection agency is that sometimes they take money out of it for themselfs, but the good thing is that they will take the money out of his pay check before he even recieves it and won't let him know unless he ask.

Report him to the court that issued the order.

What you need to do is go see your local District Attorney's Office. Finding him is their job. They will file on him and find him and put him in jail. It's that simple. Let the people who are trained to find people do it and don't worry about the details.

first you need a court order for child support. if you have one, then its up to them to track him down.

and if your caseworker (or dept) isnt on the ball, pull rank. write your states Attorney General (both states if he lives in a different state), and your states Regional FEDERAL Child Support Office.

keep at 'em. even if you miff them off, who cares? just keep at them weekly. FAXING is most effective... fax weekly if need be.
