If you will remember the outfit Jennifer Lopez wore to the courthouse in The Wedding Planner I think you'll see that this is done everyday. I used to work for a loan company so I had to go to court every Monday morning. I saw several women come in to be married with full gowns on. Wear whatever you want to, it is your wedding day regardless of where the ceremony is. I will say that I strongly reccommend having a small and inexpensive ceremony somewhere else (outdoors or in someones home) so that you have more time to savor your special day. Congratulations whatever you decide to do!

Girl, if you want it than do it!! It's your special day and even though you do not want a big wedding, doesn't mean you can't do want you want to do. I think that is wonderful that you want to still have the white dress and everything. But I would do it and if I get married for a second time (just kidding) that sounds like a good plan. Good Luck!!!

My freinds got married at the court house a few years ago and they dressed the way they wanted and had flowers and a bouquet. Their parents were there and took pictures, too. I don't think they alot you much time, though.

I have seen people get married at the courthouse in everything from jeans to full outfits. It really just depends on the couple. there is no written law saying you cannot do it, so if you really want to wear one then do it.

That would look kinda odd. Why don't you just have a small wedding in someones back yard so you can or pay a couple hundred to get married in a church so you can wear one.

I'm getting married in 7 months, too!

You can wear whatever you like.

A simple wedding gown, a small bouquet (although I would recommend a corsage instead) would do.

NO VEIL!!!!!

God luck and congrats
