I wonder how can we report the illegal immigrants to the police or home office? Can we do is by e-mail? If so, what is the e-mail address??

Call your local enforcement office. In London that's:
Eaton House - West London, Surrey, Thames Valley
Comms House - North London
Becket House - Central/Southern//Eastern London
Croydon Enforcement Unit - South London/Surrey/Sussex
And as for the assertion that there is no such thing as an illegal immigrant as immigrant is a legal status - what utter twaddle. Indeed not all failed asylum seekers are illegal immigrants. Semantics maybe, but do try having a clue about what you are writing about before putting pen to ...errrr....keyboard.

have you got nothing better to do with your time then thinking about other people way of living.
Immigrants work the hardest in this country and for half the money if the government would give these people status in this country they would benefit as well.

There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant. The term immigrant in itelf implies a legal status, therefore there cannot be an illegal one - its like saying someone is an illegal man.
Maybe you are referring to failed asylum seekers?
