I have searched through the website only to be given on-line forms what are not what i need, and phone numbers to automated phonelines. The phone opening hours are pityful at best and you end up being on hold for god know's how long, so i need an email address so that i can contact them directly, it's for a complaint if this helps.

cheers.

If you are making a complaint and especially if you are asking for compensation, you really need to post an old fashioned letter. You should keep a copy of any letter sent for your records and sent the letter by recorded delivery - this way they CAN'T ignore it, like they can with emails and phone calls.

You should write to "The Customer Relations Director" at the following address:
British Airways Customer Relations (S506)
PO Box 5619
Sudbury
Suffolk
CO10 2PG

If you still want to email, you can use "BA Customer Relations" email address:

You don't need an e mail address. Go to British Airways Pages and navigate through the 'contact us' and you will find a proforma to fill in for complaints etc.
