Yes, they should give Kentucky a date (and take it from New Hampshire, IMO). Kentucky is a nice track, and the drivers like it. Plus, the location is great. There are TONS of hotels on the Kentucky side of Cincinatti, and Ohio is a big market. I live in Michigan, but it is only like a 5 hour drive there. I would definately go!

i live about 1 1/2 hours from kentucky speedway.i have been there more times than i have fingers.i have seen arca, busch, trucks, and irl races there.
the place is packed during the busch race.dont really know how many seats it is about 40,000+/-.
truck races are exciting, the irl is problably the best race to see there as far as speed goes.
it is a nice venue to see and visit.
BUT.....
it is not big enough to host a nextel event(as far as seats).nextel allready as 36 races.we dont need more of those.now if we were to add seats to the speedway and take a race away from another track, then by all means i say yes lets race at kentucky.also there is not enough lodging around the track.it will need more rooms for rent.

I think Kentucky should be a host to a Nascar Nextel Cup race. Why not? They are everywhere else. Kentucky has many big events there and they have the Kentucky Derby. I think they have enough people and supporters to have a race there. I live in Indiana and we have one here. Many people look forward to our Brickyard race.

Tell me about it. I'm in Denver. we're not on the circuit. Although there's talk of a track being built out by DIA. But the people who live out there are making a stink about the noise it will cause. What does it matter? They're already living by the frickin' airport. What's 43 cars racing around a track once or twice a year compared to tons of jumbo jets taking off multiple times a day. Makes me mad!!! Arrggg!!!

yes they should. they put a track in the middle of kansas so why not kentucky, b/c i live in southern ohio where it is only an hour to an hour and a half away, other than that it is going to indy 2.5-3 hours or michigan 4 hours. also people from southern indiana would go to kentucky speedway. i been there once it is a nice track.

like someone else said, not until Rockigham gets a race back. but Kentucky would be better than 2 races at Loudon, Cali, or Michigan.
