What is the name of the neurological disorder which causes an absence of self-awareness?

I have found anosognosia, which is similar, but it involves specifically the lack of self-awareness towards one's disabilities or disorders. I am looking for a term which would describe a more general lack of self-awareness, specifically as a product of brain injury.

It is possible it could be a seizure disorder...there are several different types of seizures. I am epileptic, seizure-free for 25 years, then I was in a car accident and sustained a closed head injury, which has now caused me to seize 3-4 times per week. Good Luck, I wish you the best.
