I strongly feel as a true atheist you must NEVER use the following words even unintentionally (except when confronting someone who attacks your thoughts)- whaddya think is it possible to pretend that these words do not exist in your vocabulary?
God, Godly, Miracle, Heaven, Hell, Christ, devil, luck, lucky, omen, horoscopes, spiritual, divine, divinity, heavenly, hellish, carnal, omniscient...
I can think of many more words but I hope you getting the general drift

Hey, guess what? YOU ARE WRONG! Not to mention in violation of the guarantee of freedom of speech that everyone in the good ol' USA enjoys.

Oh how badly you do not understand the word atheist!
An atheist does not believe in a God - any ones God - got it yet?
So they can for instance say "I do not believe in a God". - cos that is the truth! Therefore they can also say "I do not believe in a Godly influence".
Since heaven is used as a term for happiness etc, in the general vocabulary that is open for all religions and non religious alike to use.
Since Christ is said to be the son of God atheists would not believe in him but they have the absolute right to say so.
Since atheists are only defined as not believing in a god they can use all the other words freely. Since the devil is not a god they can theoretically believe in him and still be an atheist.
Sadly all this question does is yet again show the ignorance that Christians have for the meaning of atheist and also their total intolerance of anything and anyone who does not believe as they do.
Thank goodness we have atheists and followers of other religions who are far more tolerant and defending of the freedom of speech!!!!

I understand your general drift, but I think it's completely bunk. There is no reason that someone who doesn't believe in your god couldn't say certain words. A word is a word. Words are always being incorporated into our language and therefore will probably be used by all people at one time or another.
Granted, I'm not a true atheist, but I'd have to completely disagree with your thought process.

Well you used the word atheist and god in the same sentence.
I don't believe in ghosts, but still use the word, and watch ghost films.
I don't believe in clairvoyants, etc. but would not want to see the word lost from a dictionary.
This really is book burning of the highest order, do you think that atheists need to wear a badge, so they can get reported if they use a word they shouldn't.
I am agnostic, so where do I fit in this picture?

Why would an atheist not be able to use those words? Just watch:
God does not exist. Heaven is a figment of your imagination. Horoscopes are complete and total bunk, I'd prefer people to believe in God rather than horoscopes.
Luck is a way of describing randomness, but it doesn't exist.

An atheists can use any word they chose. The concepts of god and religion still exist in society, I;ve if we dont feel that there is an old man with a boeadm sitting in a chair, dictating all that goes on.

Oh God, what a bad omen, now I can't read my horoscope! What in heaven's name will I do when I check my email, this is not my lucky day.
Don't speak, the evolution of men gave you language, I guess that means you have to shut up and go away.

They're just words. Paying particular respect to them would actually give the impression of validating them, which is very far from what I'd like to do in my own life.
I just use those words with merry abandon, because I have no more respect for them than I do for any of the words I used in this answer.

for the time of time, skeptics have recognized the Bible as mythological, yet archeology has shown it as historic. opponents have attacked its coaching as primitive and old, yet its ethical and criminal recommendations and teachings have had a favorable effect on societies and cultures for the time of the international. It maintains to be attacked by using pseudo-technological know-how, psychology, and political movements, yet it continues to be purely as authentic and correct today because it replaced into whilst it replaced into first written. it somewhat is a e book that has switched over countless lives and cultures for the time of the final 2000 years. no remember how its opponents attempt to attack, destroy, or discredit it, the Bible continues to be; its veracity and result on lives is unmistakable. The accuracy which has been preserved regardless of each and every attempt to deprave, attack, or destroy it somewhat is clean testimony to the reality that the Bible is unquestionably God’s be conscious and is supernaturally secure by using Him. it is going to not marvel us that, no remember how the Bible is attacked, it continuously comes out unchanged and unscathed. in spite of everything, Jesus reported, “Heaven and earth will bypass away, yet my words will by no potential bypass away” (Mark 13:31). After staring on the evidence, you may say for specific that, specific, the Bible is unquestionably God’s be conscious.

How silly. Words mean things beyond their original context.
Under your world view, we can't use the word "rendezvous" unless we're french?
Not to be rude but wow. If you're serious about this, and I think you must be a troll, this is the Most Ridiculous Question of the Month award.
And you should see your competition!
