Let's take a look at your question from the point of view of logic:
First, you engage in the "fallacy of interrogation." This is defined as "The question asked has a presuppostion which the answerer may wish to deny, but which he/she would be accepting if he/she gave anything that would count as an answer. Any answer to the question "Why does such-and-such happen?" presupposes that such-and-such does indeed happen. "
In your case you presuppose that "God hates Liberals."
Since it is impossible to prove the existence of God, it follows that it is impossible to know the emotional state of this entity.
You might do well to read "Being Logical" by McInerny.
