Don't waste your time.
Look for them yourself.
I'd check the pockets of a jacket I rarely wear.

No, you're supposed to pray to St. Anthony to help you find lost items. He is the patron saint of lost items and miracles:
"St. Anthony, Help me find ways to honor God's blessings by showing my love for all of God's creatures. Share your strength that I may cope with the trials and troubles of daily life. You, through whose voice the Word of God was preached, intercede for my need (mention your special request here). Powerful Patron, be with me always and teach me to reach out in love and support to others.
Amen"
"St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and charity for his creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I ask you to obtain for me the favors that I seek (mention your request here).
The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so, you are the Saint of Miracles.
O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was full of sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Infant Jesus, who loved to be held in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever by yours."
And NO, I don't believe in it either. It's just what I was taught as a catholic as a child.

No need to be rude at Christians. You can disagree with their beliefs and yet, be their friend. Hostility begets hostility.
