In my workplace a guy loves a girl (who is my friend) and is trying hard to get her but she is not sure about him and about her feelings. She brings up all her problems to me and asks my advice. I also like this girl but never told her about my feelings.
I know that the guy is pushing her but i cant interfere much since i am a man too and the guy may think wrong about it. what should i do to help her more?

Be honest. What the other guy thinks is no concern..he probably just wants to lay her. You owe him nothing, but if she is your friend and confidant, you owe it to her to tell her the truth, which includes that you also have feelings for her. And, where do your own feelings stem from? Are you interested in her mind as well as her body? Be honest with yourself also. She can't read your mind, so you will have to ask...something like> 'do you think you would ever like to go on a date with me? There must be some feelings there, because she is your friend, but don't try to make it sexual too soon. ON THE OTHER HAND> work place romances can really screw up a good job, especially if they sour..does your company even allow co-workers to date? In some companies, one of you could get fired/or transferred. Check it out first. If it was meant to be , it will be. If your feelings for her are real, then don't let her pick the other guy.

What exactly are her problems? well, the fact she is opening up to you shows that she trusts you. Take good care of that trust because she might need you one day. Well, since we can't assume anything I suggest you just watch her back in case that guy has something bad up his sleeve.

when she gives you her problem i guess she just needs some comforting. just give her comfort, and try to make her smile. lighten her up and it'll do her and you some good. who knows, she might fall for you in the process!;)

Ever thought that she might be actually asking you to come clean about your feelings? She might fancy you, and is hoping that you will respond by asking her out!
