Just looking for some different breakfast options that are good for you. The things I listed above are my usual breakfast things I have in the morning. Notice I llisted items that are whole grain / whole wheat since I have digestive issues, so could you give me some options that would be good for my digestive problems.

I don't know how well you handle protein, but egg-whites are great. I make scrambled eggwhites and put them on a whole wheat tortilla with fat-free sour cream, and 2%cheese . 371 calories of morning yumness.

You could do whole grain toast as well.

Also - fruit! I know a lot of people who wake up, get ready, and walk out the door. They now make it a habit to pass a fruit bowl on their way out and grab a banana or apple.

Yogurt

Smoothies - this is what my mom does. If you have a blender, some milk, yogurt and your favorite fruits. Otherwise, you can buy smoothies from the store in the yogurt area. The low-fat ones are kind of chalky, but the regular ones are really good. They have lots of vitamins that arent found in Yogurt alone. Also good for on-the-go. I drink one of these for lunch because I have classes throughout my regular lunch time.

Low fat or fat free yogurt is great for breakfast and there are some brands that aid with digestion as well. Fruit is good as part of a healthy breakfast.

Cottage cheese and pineapple (pineapple has quite a bit of fiber). whole wheat/bran muffins (bake some over the weekend and put them in your freezer). whole wheat french toast with sugar free syrup or you could put sugar free jam on it. You can even make your own syrup with orange or apple juice and use cornstarch as a thickener (see how to make gravy in a cookbook and you'll get the idea).
