May as in the month? Mayo...
May as in May I? Puedo...?
May as in I may? Puedo.....
May as in maybe? Quizá or Quizás

May the month is mayo...may when you ask for permission is "poder"...may when you mean something is not certain is "podria"...as in maybe which literally means "podria ser"

If you mean may as in perhaps, or maybe then it would be different.

english "may" is "poder" in spanish;
english "May" is "mayo" in spanish.
