I don't believe in God or Satan but hypothetically speaking God would be the source of both good and evil. In the Bible God creates evil.
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
—Isaiah 45:7
Evil existed before Satan rebelled. In fact, God created Satan and poor Satan was just the angel god sent to do his evil works. And yes, if you read the OT God does commit many acts that a reasonable person would consider evil. I think I might have rebelled as well. There are no passages within the older parts of the Hebrew Scriptures where Satan is portrayed as an evil devil - the arch enemy of God and of humanity. At most, he is described as a henchman who carries out God's evil instructions. There is no dualism here between two powerful supernatural entities: an all-good God and an all-evil Satan. God is portrayed as performing, directly and indirectly, both kind and evil deeds.
Some theologians get around the evil that God does in the Bible by saying all that God does is by definition not evil. God is perfect and without sin. Therefore, the acts God does that would be evil if humans did them are not for us to judge since God works in ways that are beyond our understanding.
It seems to me that religion morphs all the time to cover its mistakes. It is a human construct.

There is no Satan. There is no evil. There is only what is called, "God", and everything God created (Creation is actually a constant joyous dance of perfect vitality, in which we share;
There is no space, only the perfect primary energy that is God.

It's easier to understand if you imagine God is the sun. The sun is billions of miles away from me but I still sun rays coming through my window. I can keep my window open and enjoy it or I can create darkness by closing the blinds. Satan just closes his blinds.

Where do you get that God is in Satan. God only inhabits those that separate themselves to Him, and Satan surely doesn't.

Satan works for G-d or can be considered part of G-d. Christianity spun him off as the Bogey man.

Good and evil cannot exist without each other. Therefore, they are equal and the same.
