Since I imagine that you are wanting to hang a sign on your door to tell people not leave stuff hanging there you would want to be short and to the point. Simply write or even say . No dejas ningun anuncio o papel aqui en mi puerta. Which is saying simply do not leave any anouncements or papers at this door.
If people keep leaving stuff at your door a quick way to get them to stop is save up all the trash people leave and the next time you catch someone trying to leave something hand them all the trash left there before wrapped up so they dont know right off hand what it is and tell them Toma,esto es para usted. which is here , I have this for you. I doubt they will come back or you could lie and put something up saying Todos que deja anuncios en esta puerta va estar processados por la ley. which says everyone leaving announcements at this door will be processed by the law. People who are delivering flyers arent going to know if it is true or not. and for extra effects you can hang up one of those fake cameras so they think they are being recorded

As Scarlet has said the correct translation is: "No hay vacantes. NO ponga volantes ni papeles en la puerta ni en el pomo de la puerta."
In Spain is more used "pomo" than "perilla" but they mean the same...
