Do you listen and and giggle? Do you confront them because maybe they don't know you can hear? I don't know how to handle this embarrasing situation. However it is funny.

I'm trying to think what Miss Manners would say about this one. I haven't a clue. Very funny.

How about this? Next time you run into the tenant, ask him/her if they ever hear noise from your apartment. Explain that you are concerned because you know all too well how easily sound carries through the building. Try to keep a straight face, but it wouldn't hurt if you could manage to blush a little.

What time of day? according to risk no remember if it somewhat is a nocturnal experience you may declare it somewhat is a nuisance, and initiate from that element. in all probability you will could desire to have a head to head (with courtesy) yet whilst the nuisance isn't stopped, then you definately can visit the community council and ask them to handle it. If it happens for the time of the day, it could be greater problematic to declare it somewhat is a nuisance. option could be to ***** on the time of the nuisance happening. that could be greater effective, yet not too diplomatic.

I agree with Michael... Samantha in Sex In The City had this problem with her next door neighbors on the other side of the wall so she competed with them... they heard her and invited her to join them. It turned out they were about 60 years old so she turned them down but she didn't hear them after that. Compete with them! That'd be even funnier!

Our upstairs neighbor behaves similairly to yours, except that her (well, OUR) problem is that her bedframe thumps and bangs as we're trying to get some sleep. REALLLY ANNOYING! However, she is the meanest old bird we've ever met, and we can't figure out why anybody'd want to throw her a f*ck in the first place. So, want to trade neighbors?

Lol bang on the ceiling with a broom if its getting on your nerves.

I have had this problem...personally I just giggled about it. But when it got straight out obnoxious I would bang on the ceiling and they would quiet down! :-) hehe

Depends on how much you like them (that is, if you know them). If you dislike them or find them really annoying, call the police on them.
