How do I join St John's Ambulance and Red Cross in London?

I have had First Aid training for the public, but I can't seem to get into the volunteering route. I'm 18, so it's ok. And I emailed their website and I get the StJ's newletter, but...I really really don't know how to become a volunteer. I'm also trying to be with the brent Millenium Volunteers project, they have my email but how do I actually start??? I just want to volunteer with some medic related stuff.

You just call them and go along to their meetings! You'll probably have to do one of their courses for them to certify you safe as a volunteer! I did it previously with st andrews!
