This is the easiest way i know. Chicken comes with a vegetable fat coating a lot of times that covers hair and small feathers and gives some birds a yellowish color. I, if possible, try to buy white chicken (no coating) as to cut down on skin cleaning time. Cooking with the skin on helps to keep the meat moist, but is not altogether necessary. Clean loose fat and film from under the skin, season as desired, place in a small foil pan and add a little water (optional), cover tightly with foil or fitted foil lid, place in preheated oven at 325 for 40-50 min (depending on oven). Vegetables can be cooked with the chicken in oven. A little trial and error may be needed to find right time duration. Happy baking!

If you have a George Foreman grill throw it on that badboy for about 15 to 20 minutes, it will be done on both sides and you will have to do nothing except about 10 minutes into cut several slits into the breast to let out the juices and cook the center. If you want you can throw some seasoned salt on it for flavor, as far as oven cooking, lightly grease the pan with non fat Pam or another cooking spray and bake at around 400 for 30 minutes, be sure to cut your slits in the breast before you throw it in the oven, to ensure even cooking. Once again seasoning is optional, you should ask your boyfriend what type of seasoning he likes, I prefer cajun.

Chicken breasts on a George Forman grill take about 9 minutes.

In the oven bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until done, make sure to add some water or sauce and cover the baking pan.

place in baking dish with a little water (to keep from drying out). bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle. you might want some kind of spices so its not tasteless.
