It's shouldn't cause you any problems now. However, there is a thing as too much Vitamin A, and unfortunately some prenatal vitamins do have larger than recommended doses. However (again), it isn't likely that you are taking one of thsoe brands, since the major vitamin makers are at the right limit. Just don't make a habit of it, I recommend getting one of the weekly pill holders, works good for my wife. Your other meds will not cause a problem, I'm guessing you're on amoxicillin which is fine, along with the tylenol. No interactions there.

I would not be concerned about the double dose of vitamins; your body will flush out what you dont need and I don't think the extra will cause any harm. Tylenol is ok when you are pregnant and if Dr. prescribed your other meds then no worries; s/he's doing what is best.

Since it only happened this once, you don't need to worry.
I wouldn't make a habit of it. You'll never go to the bathroom again.
You need the drugs you are taking. If you have an infection : your baby has one too.You both need to be well.
Make sure to finish all your antibiotics.
Congrats and good luck.

I doubt it is going to hurt you, but don't do it again. Maybe a pill box with the days of the week would be better if you can't remember what you are doing then you won't be overdosing on your prenatals.
Good Luck.

As long as your dr. has told you it's okay, you should be fine. As for the vitamins, usually your body will get rid of what it doesn't need through urine.
