what is the best thing out there that i might be able to find in a gnc/vitamin shop/golds gym or anywere else that will improve muscle growth DRAMATICALLY as well as decrease recovery time to the point that I can for example do chest 2 to 3 times a week or arms etc. ........... long story but i only have 2 months to get where i would like to be..... i'm not that bad off right now...

the best supplments are creatine and protein for protein I would use musclemilk works great but actually I would not recommend doing the same body part 3 times a week. actually the best way to gain muscles is to rest more the more your muscle recover from a work out the bigger they become!

Muscle hypertrophy takes time. Remember this, the workout is only the stimulus for growth; growth actually occurs during rest and proper nutrition is essential. Without the fuel, your efforts will be nullified. There is a product that can help bring the nutrients to the muscle fibers; NOexplode is a good vasodilator. It is expensive but you can find a decent deal online. Good luck with your training and stick with it.

She does training sessions in the Phoenix, AZ area. That and true self commitment to stick to it you should have no problems!! Good luck. She charges a small fee for her expert advice, but it is better then playing hit and miss with some uneducated clerk at the GNC. She is truly the best!!

Chest 2 or 3 times a week?!?!? Your muscles grow while you rest.

Only anabolic steroids can allow you to work the same bodypart so often.

supplements don't build big muscles whole food does that.

you can't rush anabolism so increasing the frequency of training doesn't necessarily more results quicker, quality training beats quantity any day of the week.
