We have no clue whether they have what we describe as "feelings" or not. It seems rather unlikely that they do considering that they don't have brains or what we recognize as behavior or emotions.

However, depending on how you define such things, plants clearly have responses to wounding that are above and beyond what the plant needs to survive such a thing, which is inefficient and would be labeled by some as "pain".

I suppose it is possible that plants have something that we are not capable of recognizing yet, that may fall into the category of "feelings". But probably not.

It has been proven that plants do have feelings but you can find out yourself. Buy or plant two plants. Talk smack to one plant and talk sweetly to one. Feed them both the same amount of water and give them both the same mount of sun. Label one "Happy" and the other one "Sad". After a few weeks or so the sad one that you talked about will die and the "Happy" one will live.

No. Feelings imply a conscious awareness. Although we can't describe consciousness perfectly, we can be sure than plants don't have it, since they have no brain. Specifically, consciousness "lives" in the cerebral cortex, the highly developed outer portion of the brain.
