... I told you that- during last summer, at a Christian festival (Soul Survivor Week A) I went to a seminar about healing. At that time I had quite a serious anterior cruciate ligament injury, picked up while playing football, with the high possibility of surgery. At the seminar we prayed and one lady, who did not me, had a picture of someone injuring their knee with goal posts in the corner of their eye, just like I did when I did it. Then a group of people prayed for my healing and one guy said, " Do you mind, Mike, if I spit on your knee?" This was a bit of strange request, but I realised that Jesus did some healings like this in the bible (Mark 7:31-35). So this guy spat on his fingers and rubbed it on my knee. After about a week, my knee was feeling better and I went for scans (again) to see if their was any new damage. In fact, it was healed!! This can only be Jesus as all medical things had been attempted but had not worked. What do you think?

Mark 11:23
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain,(your problem, illness, or sickness) Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; (the sea of subconsciousness where healing takes place) and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

This is spiritual healing, which I do myself. Although a spiritualist I believe in God and Jesus and the healing comes from Heaven, or spirit world as I call it. I am just a mediator for the healing - laying on of hands. So glad you experienced this it just proves to those who don't believe that there is definitely 'something there'.

Your healing has nothing to do with your Religion or with Jesus.
It is what Jesus was trying to teach the world about everything being the ONENESS of what you refer to as God.
Healing is done by rearranging the Conscious Energy Particals of Awarness........which is what Oneness is and is
why it is said you were made in Gods likeness. God is
Consciousness..
Please praise physics for now showing this througn the
inner-connectedness of the universe. Physics and Metaphysics are prooving what you call God to exist - they
just call it Consciousness.
(and yes I have healed right infornt of the eyes of others
using the Spiritual term Divine Consciousness not God)
a rose is a rose by anyother name....
and it comes from One Pointed Focus on the source of all that is as it exists in everything and between all things of matter.

I'm sorry but I don't find this very convincing. Your knee might have been healing on its own. Faith healing statistically has a pretty bad track record. I saw this show on a couple of fundamentalist Christians who took their son with cancer to a faith healer. They were sure he was healed, they prayed everyday. The boy died anyway. Then they said it must have been God's will. So either way believers are covered. If it happens to work by chance then its God, if not it was God's will. Doesn't make sense. Why would Jesus heal your knee but not cure a suffering child? What about all the people who were not healed by faith healers or the documented cases of fraud?

I'm a Christian and God prompted me once to pray for a friends' knee, which was twisted about 18 months before. He limped into the pub (I was a barmaid) and God said to pray, so I offered and he laughed (non believer) but said I could, so I put my hand on his knee and prayed. He was healed instantly,it felt like his knee was bumpy and the bumps pushed the pain out, but he was really surprised. I'm happy to hear God healed you too.

Healings do occur, if you have before and after xrays then the doctors can verifiy it with whoever you chose to share the experience with, however, there will be people that will say miracles don't happen, it healed on its own, if you believe you will heal you will, etc etc etc.
Being a skeptic is hard work, you can't believe in anything except humans and their "we are god" philosophies.
What a boring life to be a grump ;-)

Mark 16:18 is merely component of a few hoax in printed bibles as we talk. that is not written in some historic manuscripts. This fairly isn't biblical. There are purely few those who received the presents of therapeutic and miracles. no longer all Christians are able to heal the sick because the verses advise. St. Paul reported something about this in his epistle to the Corinthians. a million Corinthians 12:28-30 28And God hath set some contained in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly instructors, after that miracles, then presents of healings, enables, governments, diversities of tongues. 29Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all instructors? are all workers of miracles? 30Have each of the presents of therapeutic? do all talk with tongues? do all interpret? therapeutic and miracles should be left Christians because they were merely component of the necessary ideas of the doctrine. Hebrews 6:a million-2 1Therefore leaving the rules of the doctrine of Christ, allow us bypass on unto perfection; no longer laying back the starting up of repentance from useless works, and of religion in the route of God, 2Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of palms, and of resurrection of the useless, and of eternal judgment.
