can that person get back if they are sponsored ??also will the immigration take into consideration that the person had already had an exclusion order followed a year later by being deported on landing in Canada.

The minute you hit customs Canada they are turning you around and marching you back onto a plane, well after detaining you are questioning you for a period of time.

Deportation translates into, we don't want you here. That is a permanent decision. You will not be able to enter the country legally again.
