So do most of the celebrities that are so called environmentalists. The funny part is...the film industry is one of the biggest polluters in California.

Suppose you have to weigh up the damage he has done by all those flights to the immense impact he has had bringing the subject of Climate Change to countries around the world. At least he wasn't just using flights to go lie on some beach but he was working to enlighten people about what is happening. We all need to stop using flights or else find a way of fueling of manufacturing 'clean' planes. Bet someone could do it with the right incentive.

Yes, Gore is a hypocrite just like the Kennedys were when they opposed the wind turbine farm out in Cape Cod, or even Leo DiCaprio when he flies to his next remote movie shoot. And I can't wait to hear the pigs squeal when they try to put an ocean tide generator off the Southern California coast.

What Al Gore has proved is that the serious question of global warming cannot be solved by the wealthy elite. His large, energy inefficient home indicates that he is all for the rest of society chipping in to curb global warming, but that his life of privilege will not be so infringed. But that is the same reasoning behind all members of the ruling elite. The super-rich refuse to give up any of the pleasures that their super wealth provides and they expectedly want the machinery that produces that super wealth to remain as active as possible.

Hmmm
I think perhaps to fight a problem you might have to use tools against the very thing which you are fighting.
BUT.
He is trying to use GOVERNMENT a tool that he KNOWS has not solved problems and CANNOT solve problems and is UNCONSTITUTIONAL in his approach.
He wants to use tyranny to fight things he is worried about.
isnt that Facism?
WHen liberals are hypocrites they get big houses, armed guards, great schools for their kids... good stuff.
when conservatives are hypocrites , they go to jail, are outed , lose their jobs and families.
Liberals sck.
