well first u would go through denial, then you would go into shock and then anger and finally feeling sad for being manipulated. i think your in the sad for being manipulated phase what you really need to do is dump her because lets face it none who considers a relationship of anyworth uses there partner to get back at there ex. you should be asking why she cares about him , cause it still seems like shes not over him, another question you should consider is if she would do the same thing again or do the same thing she did to her bf to you. your chik is obviously tapped no question about it so what are you gonna do stay with a manipulative ***** or ditch her and not feel used and have trust with ur partner. cause im guessing u dont trust her as much as you used to now.

thats wicked thing that she has done....dont worry brother, in this world there is something called TRUTH....she will not have happy life with that guy....on the other hand you should be happy that she left you, now than later....I mean throughout her motive would have been that....
actually she is the one who should be sad....coz she lost a guy who loved her so much, but for you, you only lost a girl who doesnt love you in return....
but I know its hard....brother, just get rid of all the memorables that she has given you.... get rid of everything that reminds you about her....just try to move on with your life....go out with your friends....but when you go out make sure that you dont drink....coz if you start drink there will not be any limit to it....so because of just a woman who didnt love you, dont waist your life....try to minimize spending time alone....if ever you are alone watch some movies (make sure those are not romantic movies)....spend time with your family if they are around....get involved with religious activities....
this is a great time to regroup yourself....just think for a while what you lost because of her....and you can start shaping up your future....you can join a gym and get to know some new friends as well....just concentrate and write down an agenda and shape yourself....
keeping yourself occupied is the main thing....and gym is a ideal place to do that....so just move on with your life brother....anyway you deserve some one better....dont worry you'll find a good partner soon....You may immediatly not feel like finding another partner...but you will eventually realise that there is an emptiness in the space that she occupied in your heart ....so only when you find another suitable partner only you will recover....so watchout....dont fall for anything that comes in your way.....just have patience , you'll definitly find a better partner....
