I think it's tacky. I'm really not even comfortable with hearing someone talking on the phone in the stall next to me while in there.

I think this is just plain disgusting. Why would you try to make a big deal for something with a big company while your going to the bathroom? They could hear you! It's gross.

Personally that is just nasty. Why not eat your lunch on your toilet while you are at it. Some many people act like they raised like total pigs. Those are the people that probably don't wash there hands either. My boyfriend does that to me and I find it very repulsive though he does wash his hands. I get very upset and tell him to finish his business before picking up the phone. So, all of you out there that do that and think that the reciever on the other end doesn't mind we do!!!!! GRoSS!!!!!!

I think its discusting. They can't find a better place to talk to you then on the toliet? They could have done their buisness then called you or say "can i call you back i need to use the restroom". I'm afraid to do anything but talk on the phone, what will the other person say? *my uncle was talking to someone one time and the person was on the phone and my uncle goes "did you just flush the toilet?"....he was a little insulted by that person being on the toliet while talking to him*

There's no excuse for that. I can understand if someone is upset and needs a private conversation for a few minutes, but I resent having to go into a public bathroom where someone is having a conversation that could be held elsewhere. It violates my right to privacy since my bodily noises are being broadcast to who knows who.

Well, it probably was the other person who called them. I don't know if anyone could hear what they're doing, I rarely use my cell and certainly not in the restroom, but most people have their cell phone on them all the time; when it rings they just pick it up regardless of what they're doing. If _they_ called someone else while in there, that's really weird!!!

Any kind of phone while you are on the toilet, or talking to people through the door is just plain rude. It doesn't matter who you are talking to. If you are on the outside waiting for the person on the inside, wait for the flush, and then the sink, and then talk to them.

Even though the other person on the line may not know what's going on I think it's tacky.

I always try to rip a big one when the person in the next stall is on the phone.

I can't figure out why something can't wait a few minutes.

Yes, I think you should only do that in the privacy of your own home. No one wants to hear your convo about what you did last night while they are trying to do their business. It is very tacky!
