The only way to flatten your belly is diet and exercise. Reduce the amount of beer, and junk food snacks you are consuming and do situps, crunches, and leg lifts. You can also increase your activity to burn more calories by parking further from the building, using stairs instead of elevators, taking walks just for the exercise and/or joining a gym. There is no magic cream-just a lot of hard work.

if you spread preparationH on your belly, it will get rid of subcutaneous water retention for a few hours. Nothing will permanently flatten your belly except proper exercise and diet.

exercise works great...not available in cream form though.
