Well i'm 19 (Male) now and for the past 3-4 years i've not realised how skinny i really am mainly because i slouch but when i hold my chest out Its quite shocking... I suffered from ME so was doing nothing alot for those years. atm i'm 5'6" and i weigh 8st 9lbs...I used to weigh 9st 5lbs minimum when i was 15 and it's had effects on my appearance totally.
I eat random amounts of food daily, sometimes ill eat loads and sometimes i'll eat 1 main meal a day and 3-5 snacks. I drink alot of Fizzy drinks aswell. I'm thinking about going to a nutritionist cause im not happy anymore infact im getting down cause i look so hidious.

Any ideas how to gain fat and muscle rapidly?

the best way to gain weight at your level is to go on what bodybuilders call a bulking diet eat, eat, eat, good foods and high in protein foods like chicken, tunafish, fish. also you need to get plenty of rest sleep longer do not walk or run. lift weights supplement with creatine and protein
