He is the most perfect thing in the world, and he always shows me he loves me. I know that he knows I love him, but sometimes I say hurtful things to him that I don't mean. So, I want to make it up to him. But I need to know some things to say, or special things to do.

It's funny that someone out there is actually like me. I believe that's part of being a woman as well as human. We just have to try our best to bite our tongues and imagine how things would be without them. Prayer works. I don't know if you pray or not. Just ask God to help you and if you mean it, you'll see a change. My boyfriend works Mon.-Thurs. out of town with his dad and you would think we never argue. Well we can't go on weekend without arguing. But' I know exactly how you feel and I say a lot of things I don't mean. I always apologize and talk it out with him though. No man wants to be nagged all the time and we just have to realize that. It's best to wait and think about the situation before blowing off. So isolate yourself for a while if you have to. Then go back to him and talk to him.

Cook him a special and romantic dinner, send him text messages during the day telling him that you love him.

It's also nice to leave messages in him pocket telling him that you love him.

Or why don't the two of you plan a romantic weekend away somewhere and then you can sit down and talk about things and you can tell him that you don't mean the awful things that you say to him and that you just say things in the heat of the moment

This may sound harsh, but just stop it! You are suffering from a case of break up to make up, to show your boyfriend you love him, don't create any unnecessary drama in the relationship.

P.S.- If you truly loved someone, proving it to them would never be an issue. Maybe you don't love him, but you think you should because he's a nice guy or something.

Be honest! What you just said in your question, sit him down and tell him just like that. Tell him that even though you say hurtful things sometimes you want him to know that you love him. He will appreciate that and feel it because it's coming from your heart.

First of all tell him how you really feel and make sure he understands you...then listen to any concerns that he has...then you can do something special for him like plan a special evening or buy him a small gift...some little sincere thing would be nice.

The nicest thing you could do for him is to think b/4 you speak.
If he didn't come home today because he had died you would live with the knowledge that you could never ever take back that hurtful things.

Hope this helps

"We say things that we don't mean,
That's the way love work out sometimes"

Tell him you love him and that what you think of your behaviour.
Be yourself and you should try not to say hurtful things.
